Good breakfast, hot eggs and bacon, waffles, cereal, bagels, milk,juice,coffee, fruit, yogurt and more. Good size room, and super location right beside two restaurants, Cracker Barrel and Dave Macs (bar and grill). Friendly staff, check in was flawless, and looks like new ownership will commit to more updates. Stayed here before and both were very positive.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the bed was really comfortable, the air conditioning was nice and cold, I felt safe in the location, it was super quiet, and it was only a 10-minute drive to Neyland Stadium. The hotel rate was also much lower than any competing hotels near the UTK campus for our dates. I would definitely stay here again.

It was in a convenient area and has a walkway to Cracker Barrel. The host was nice, the room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. It was what we needed for the evening after a long day of work. We were there on business

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Location was very convenient especially with Daddy Macs, Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Dougnuts, and so much more so close. Landscaping was being done out front and looked amazing by end of stay.

Breakfast was good. Hostess was great. She was the same person who checked us in the evening before. Give her a good raise!
